- Camargue red rice of Zuiderzee Foods
- 1 pomegranate
- beet leaf
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 1 spring onion
- good quality olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
- lemon juice
- Cook the Red Camargue rice of Zuiderzee Foods with salt about 30-40 minutes. The rice should still have some bite. Then leave to cool.
- Crumble the Feta cheese. Cut the spring onions in small rings. Make the pomegranate clean and get the flesh out of it.
Make the cooled red rice with some olive oil and lemon juice. Garnish the red rice with the Feta cheese, green onion and pomegranate. About this the beet sheet and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Enjoy your meal!
Combine two products of Zuiderzee Foods: Red Camargue rice, Minnesota Cultivated wild rice with white Basmati rice.
